Change pass word before the log in

Follow that instruction in case you have forgotten your password or in case you want to change it in the future.

Go to Click on ‚customer login‘. Then click on the button ‚reset password‘.

Put in the following space your customer number and click on ‚reset password‘.

After the click you receive an email to your registered email address. Click in this email on the button ‘reset password now’. Should you not have got that email, please check your spam order.

After having clicked in your email ‚reset password now‘, a new window opens. In there you can now put in a new password and confirm it once again.


Important! After this change we cannot check your password any more, as it is saved in an encrypted way. Please remember your password well and create a new password if necessary.
