When entering text in a password field (reset the password) suddenly many black dots appear. It looks like more characters have been entered than I typed.

The reason for this is that our system completely fills in the password field to prevent the password from being counted based on the number of points. This effect does not affect your previous input - the password is applied correctly. Pay attention to the status message after saving your password. This should confirm the successful change.

Yes, via the Global Image Search, images can be searched for and found easily and quickly using the article and colour number (in CMYK for print and RGB for online).

Via Download => Images all available images of e.g. a series like Rosemary or Eve can be found and downloaded.

Depending on your individual settings, some browsers will not offer an image for download or directly download it, but will open in a new window.

If this happens, please click with the right mouse button on the picture. In the context menu that opens, select "Save image as" and save it to your hard disk.

Please check whether you have also selected the correct RGB file format for use in the online area (e.g. on the website, for advertising banners or in the newsletter) (recognizable by the file name extension with _rgb_1920.jpg (picture size 1920 Pixels) or _rgb_960.jpg (image size 960 pixels))?!

In the download area you will also find the file format CMYK (recognizable by the file name WITHOUT extension _rgb_) for use in the printing area (e.g. posters, flyers, cards), which leads to falsified colors if used incorrectly for online ...

For online please use ONLY the RGB file format!
